• Letter content (required) • Nickname (optional) • Device push token (for notifications) We do not collect personally identifiable information such as email, phone number, or real name.
Collected information is used solely for: • Delivering letters and providing reply services • Sending push notifications • Service improvement and abuse prevention
• Letter data is retained until deleted by the user. • Users can delete their data at any time using the "Delete letter" feature in the app. • Upon deletion, letter content and related messages are permanently removed from our servers. • Contact: needhuman.notai@gmail.com
User information is not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
This service is intended for users aged 14 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14. If we become aware of such data, it will be deleted immediately.
